Position Title:
Accounts Receivable Manager (Permanent)

IN2 Consult is seeking to enhance its finance department with a meticulous Accounts Receivable Supervisor to facilitate ongoing business expansion.

The successful applicant will possess a robust background in accounts receivable management, exceptional analytical capabilities, and a demonstrated track record in team leadership.

This position is vital for sustaining our financial stability and ensuring prompt payments from our clientele.

Take a pivotal role in overseeing the organization's credit exposure, optimizing cash inflow, and guaranteeing timely collection of receivables to support the company's financial goals and operational efficiency.

Supervise the accounts receivable team to ensure streamlined and effective collection methodologies.
Formulate and execute accounts receivable policies and procedures to mitigate bad debt risks.
Monitor and manage the organization's receivables, ensuring prompt collection of outstanding amounts.
Evaluate the creditworthiness of prospective clients and establish suitable credit limits.
Generate regular reports on receivables status and provide insights to upper management.
Coach, mentor, and assist team members to enhance their performance and career development.
Collaborate with various departments to refine processes and elevate overall financial management.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Strong comprehension of accounts receivable principles and practices.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with relevant credit laws and regulations is highly advantageous.
