Location: Gloucester

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 7am - 4pm / Friday 7am - 12pm

Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 DOE

Our focus is on CNC machining for both prototypes and batch production utilizing advanced CNC vertical/horizontal machining centers and CNC lathes.

Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Utilize CAD software and CIMCO to program CNC machines for the creation of precise components on lathes equipped with live tooling.
⦁ Set up and operate CNC machinery to manufacture parts in accordance with specified requirements.
⦁ Oversee machine operations, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
⦁ Work collaboratively with engineers and designers to enhance part designs for optimal manufacturing.

Required Qualifications:
⦁ Proficiency in CAD software and CIMCO editor for CNC programming.
⦁ Strong mathematical abilities for accurate calculations and measurements.
⦁ Familiarity with Fanuc control systems for CNC machines.
⦁ Capability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
