**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert support for our network infrastructure, ensuring the optimal performance and availability of our systems. This will involve:

  • Addressing technical issues related to network infrastructure, including Juniper devices, Citrix App Delivery Controller, and Junos SPACE.
  • Maintaining and managing the overall performance of our network and hosted systems.
  • Providing support to users at all levels of the organization, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Managing the network infrastructure, including patch management, network monitoring, and upgrades.
  • Developing and implementing routine operations schedules for servers, server applications, databases, systems, and network elements.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • Experience with Juniper devices, Citrix App Delivery Controller, and Junos SPACE.
  • Knowledge of SolarWinds Products and network monitoring tools.
  • Ability to manage the network infrastructure, including patch management and upgrades.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid DV clearance.
