Job SummaryWe're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you'll be responsible for leading our Shift Managers and Crew to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Support the General Manager in driving store results and implementing operational improvements
- Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer complaints
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably with Five Guys
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
