DSV is seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Assistant to join our Night Export team in Feltham. As a key member of our export team, you will be responsible for producing CSDs, cutting and closing MAWBs, and ensuring the smooth operation of our export processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing MAWBs and HAWBs
  • Producing CSDs and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Checking lot x-ray logs and MUCR/DUCRs in ICE
  • Managing consol re-hashes and cut/closing consols daily
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate data on company systems
  • Ensuring shipment procedures are followed according to procedures
  • Collaborating with airlines, branches, and warehouse teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
  • Knowledge of export documentation and procedures
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment
