About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Insights Analyst to join our EMEA Revenue Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping us drive greater visibility and predictability of our business.

As a Business Insights Analyst, you will work closely with our EMEA Senior leadership stakeholders and others in the organization to provide insights and support to drive business growth. You will be responsible for building tools, reports, and processes to measure business metrics and KPIs, and for driving impactful analyses around new sales strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide insights to sales leadership and revenue operations leadership team as a subject matter expert
  • Help build the tools, reports, and processes to measure business metrics and KPIs
  • Drive impactful analyses around new sales strategies and programs, forecasting, sales methodologies, cost-modeling operating plans, and productivity improvements
  • Conduct analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, business insights, and reports
  • Represent the needs of the field sales organization and senior leadership through functional knowledge of sales-related systems and tools
  • Be a trusted business partner to the business leadership
  • Collaborate with internal resources to ensure reports are translated to actions and results are monitored

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 7+ years of professional work experience in business operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or customer success operations at a B2B SaaS company. You should have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science, and previous experience with Tableau, Looker, Google Sheets, and other business analytical tools. You should also have strong quantitative capabilities, a passion for numbers and analytics, and SQL knowledge.

We are looking for a curious, independent, rigorous, and proactive person who is able to drive multiple projects in a cross-functional environment while managing key stakeholder expectations and timelines. You should have strong relationship-building and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various divisions in the organization.
