Job Title: Reception Teaching Assistant - Early Years Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Reception Teaching Assistant to join our team at an Ofsted-rated 'Good' Primary School in Hertfordshire. As a Reception Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children in the Early Years setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to children within the Early Years following the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and execute enriching activities to enhance student learning and development.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with the Class Teacher and other staff members.
  • Identify and address the additional support needs of students.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification is essential.
  • Previous experience in an Early Years setting within a mainstream school.
  • A nurturing nature and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities.
