Site Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Site Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece South. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing all site-based construction activities, ensuring the safe and successful delivery of the project.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing site logistics, quality control, and ensuring correct permits are in place for works
- Implementing inspection and test plans, and coordinating meetings with stakeholders
- Reporting on progress against programmes and resolving issues
- Ensuring company health and safety standards are achieved and enforced

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of 2-5 years of working for a top twenty main contractor, with a degree-level education or similar NVQ level. You will possess SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications, and have excellent technical, organisational, man-management, and communication skills.
