- Conduct thorough change impact assessments and ensure robust change governance across People, Process, Technology, and Data.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, focusing on readiness, communication, training, and support.
- Enhance the understanding and capabilities of business stakeholders in change management methodologies and tools.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
- Proven experience in successfully managing change projects, with the ability to oversee multiple project lifecycles concurrently.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in change management (e.g., ADKAR or similar).
- A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for people-centric solutions.
- High energy levels and a proactive mindset.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a knack for identifying creative solutions to challenges.
