Job Title: Distribution Service Manager

Millennium Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled Distribution Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Distribution department, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our distribution systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and refine distribution system processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making and maintain high standards of operational performance.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure accurate data transmission.
  • Develop and implement training programs for property staff to ensure processes are clear and followed.
  • Manage relationships with technology and call centre vendors, including regular performance review and system enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Strong working knowledge of hotel distribution technologies, including Central Reservation Systems (CRS) and Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Experience in distribution system integration/migration in a multihotel chain environment.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and changing priorities with ease.
  • Strong communication skills and command of English with an ability to interface with stakeholders at various levels.
