Teaching Opportunity in Outstanding Primary School

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Year 6 Teacher to join our team at an Outstanding Primary School in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team and have a passion for teaching and learning.

The school is committed to providing a supportive pastoral environment and developing well-rounded, confident pupils. The successful candidate will be able to contribute to this vision and help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching Year 6 classes and delivering quality education to upper key stage 2 students
  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans and activities
  • Assessing student progress and providing feedback
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve school goals
Requirements:
  • Qualified teacher status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching primary school students, ideally in KS2
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for teaching and learning
  • Good behaviour management skills
