About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead our EU Operations for the newest Amazon Inbound Transportation program. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in driving key improvements and enhancements to existing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement supply chain and operating models to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to advise on and manage operational challenges and drive business growth.
  • Support the planning and organization of complex projects and shape the operational strategy for the Inbound Transportation program.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives, assessing the impact on the existing setup and defining trade-offs between customer experience and cost.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and stakeholder teams to ensure alignment and drive business objectives.

Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
  • Relevant experience in analyzing data and creating reports for leadership, as well as communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English, as well as experience working with large cross-functional teams.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose root causes of issues.
