About the Role

As a Class 1 Relief / Tramper driver, you'll play a vital role in our nationwide delivery network. You'll be responsible for collecting and delivering bulk shipments between DPD sites and customer locations across the UK.

You'll be operating a modern fleet of vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to HGV-friendly destinations. Your work will involve adhering to agreed shift patterns and covering a designated region surrounding your base depot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting safe and compliant transportation of goods nationwide.
  • Loading and unloading trailers as required, ensuring secure and damage-free handling of shipments.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the delivery process.
  • Adhering to all relevant road safety regulations and company policies.

About You

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced HGV driver who is committed to providing exceptional customer service. You'll be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Essential Requirements

  • Valid UK Class 1 Driving Licence
  • Minimum 12 months of Class 1 driving experience
  • Valid UK CPC Card
  • Valid UK Digital Tachograph Card
