Job Title: Training and Development Coordinator

Join our team at GIPSIL Ltd, a community-based organisation providing housing, counselling, advice, and support to young and vulnerable people at risk in Leeds.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Coordinator to join our small but busy HR team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overview of the training and development requirements of the organisation.

This will include mandatory training during the employee's probationary period and developing individual training plans to aid their development and growth and support GIPSIL in succession planning.

You will monitor training requests, allocation of training resources, and report on the opportunities delivered and the organisation's position on compliance and aspirational training and development support.

You will be proactive in suggesting improvements to the Staff Development Programme and the training itself based on stakeholder feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training plans to support employee development and growth
  • Monitor training requests and allocate training resources
  • Report on training opportunities delivered and organisational compliance
  • Suggest improvements to the Staff Development Programme and training
