This is a dynamic role for an individual eager to enhance their expertise while overseeing plant operations independently.

Key Responsibilities
As the Operations Supervisor, you will be stationed at the company's facility. This role is characterized by high energy and involves a variety of tasks, including:
  • Loading materials onto production lines
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the site
  • Leading a team to ensure seamless operational flow

In addition to the physical duties, you will also have significant technical responsibilities, such as:
  • Managing batching processes via a computerized control system
  • Ensuring timely production schedules
  • Overseeing inventory levels

Comprehensive training will be provided to support your development.

Collaboration
You will work closely with the planning department to fulfill customer orders effectively.

Quality Assurance
Your role will also involve upholding quality standards across the plant, including:
  • Machinery maintenance
  • Health and safety compliance
  • Performance metrics

Working Hours
The standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, with Saturday hours from 7 AM to 12 PM. Overtime opportunities are available.
