About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Social Specialist to manage and execute paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta and TikTok. Your primary goal will be to drive traffic to our website and optimize campaigns to deliver improved traffic, conversion, and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and adjust strategies to optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement test and learn approaches to identify the best performing ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, and targeting options
  • Report and analyze campaign performance, tracking metrics and identifying new opportunities for growth across key channels
Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience in performance marketing
  • Proven track record of scaling Shopify/eCommerce businesses through effective performance marketing strategies
  • Creativity and ability to find innovative ways to grow revenue within a budget
