About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will receive comprehensive training and clinical support to develop your skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Supporting individuals with mobility and communication needs
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
