A prestigious national law firm based in Leeds is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join its esteemed team. This firm is renowned for providing exceptional legal services to a diverse range of clients, as acknowledged in the Legal 500.


The Role


This is an exceptional chance to become part of a respected, modern, and dynamic law firm with ambitions to expand its office network by growing its commercial property team in Leeds.


The company has established a strong reputation across Northern England for its outstanding client service and dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes. As it continues to expand and enhance its commercial services, the firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor (2 – 6 years PQE) to become a key member of its successful Commercial Property team.


Candidates must have experience, knowledge, and a demonstrated history of successfully managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities.


The Ideal Candidate


  • A Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive 2-6 PQE
  • Proficient in meeting deadlines and targets while effectively prioritising and managing a diverse workload
  • Skilled in collaborating within a team environment as well as taking initiative independently
  • Possess strong legal expertise and leadership capabilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrate exceptional organisational and time-management abilities
  • Exhibit professional and impactful communication with both individuals and business associates
