About the Role

We are seeking a talented Data and IT Graduate to join our team at SSE Distribution. As a graduate in the Asset Analysis team, you will play a key role in using SSEN Distribution asset information systems to drive insights and analysis to manage the risk, cost, and performance of assets in our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data analysis and insights to drive investigations and discover efficiency opportunities throughout the asset lifecycle of our asset base.
  • Work with specialists in your field to gain a depth of knowledge and exposure to equip you for a substantive post in SSEN Distribution at the end of your programme.
  • Collaborate with the team to track network asset risk management, work order origination, and asset intervention models which span the entire asset lifecycle.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a 2:2 in a relevant degree discipline, such as Maths, Physics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Software Engineering.
  • A keen interest in data analysis and insights, with a passion for driving investigations and discovering efficiency opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
