Electrical Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking 6 Electrical Trainers to join our client's growing team in delivering technical training for external engineers in the electrical sector.

This role offers a minimum of 10 days of work per month, with additional ad-hoc work as client demand continues to grow. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality technical training to engineers
  • Group management and learning journey progression
  • Meeting performance levels in relation to success rates and timely skills attainment
  • Managing administration related to engineer training, assessment, and quality assurance
  • Leading by example in safety performance and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Building relationships with stakeholders to ensure quality and timely completion of delivery solutions

Requirements include:

  • Electrical Installation and Maintenance NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
  • Inspection and Testing (electrician only)
  • Experience in training or mentoring others
