We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Bubble CiTea. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store, including sales performance, customer service, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff engagement.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
- Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role in the fast-paced food or beverage industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
