The Senior Research Nurse will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients participating in clinical trials across various specialties. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with research teams, patients, carers, and study organizers to ensure high-quality care and adherence to study protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a designated number of clinical research studies, ensuring safe and effective delivery.
- Liaise with research teams, patients, carers, and study organizers to ensure high-quality care and adherence to study protocols.
- Maintain effective communication and safe working practices within a complex regulatory framework.
- Support the management and leadership of research nurses and administrative staff within the research team.
- Act as a resource for staff, researchers, research participants, and patients on regulatory and legal frameworks related to clinical research studies.
