About The Team & Role

The Participation Team is excited to present an opportunity for an individual eager to learn and grow in the field of administration while pursuing a Level 3 qualification. This role offers a unique chance to gain valuable experience in a professional office setting while also engaging in educational training.

You will become part of a vibrant service dedicated to collaborating with children, young individuals, and frontline staff, ensuring their voices are heard and contributing to the enhancement of services provided by Gloucestershire County Council for children and young people.

About You

We seek a candidate who is enthusiastic about developing their administrative skills and contributing to innovative practices. The ideal applicant should be adaptable, possess strong communication abilities, and be capable of managing their workload effectively.

Having personal experience of being in care during childhood may be beneficial for this role, although it is not a requirement.

The council is dedicated to assisting individuals who have experienced being looked after by a local authority in finding employment opportunities.
