As a key member of the Turner & Townsend team, the Finance and IT Manager will play a critical role in delivering exceptional results for our clients. This position requires a strong leader who can drive business outcomes, foster a culture of excellence, and contribute to the company's mission of creating a prosperous society.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the global Business Process & IT SOX Assurance Programme, ensuring effective management and coordination of all phases.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of financial and IT controls, providing expert advice to global control owners on SOX requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Director of SOX and Internal Controls to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the integrity of internal controls and processes.
- Design and implement effective internal controls, including risk and controls matrices, process flowcharts, and audit trails.
- Provide training and guidance to control owners on internal controls and SOX compliance.
- Perform limited assurance internal controls testing at non-SOX entities and SOX Lite entities.
- Mentor and develop talent within the SOX Assurance Team.
- Internal audit background with a strong focus on SOX and IT-related internal controls.
- Big 4 experience preferred but not essential.
- Proven ability to lead audits and manage audit teams.
- Excel and Visio proficiency.
- Business Process testing experience.
