Senior IT Engineer - Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Engineer to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited. As a Senior IT Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. IT Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and virtualization.
  2. Network and Cyber Security: Ensure the security and integrity of our network and systems, including security patching, monitoring, and incident response.
  3. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption to our services.
  4. IT Performance Monitoring: Monitor and manage IT performance, proactively addressing capacity issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the IT Manager and other stakeholders to deliver strategic projects and provide operational IT support.
Requirements:
  1. Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in IT systems, including Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Linux, and virtualization technologies.
  2. Experience: Previous experience in delivering 2nd line IT support, managing networks, and cloud services.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
