We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our client's team in Belfast. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Picking and packing orders using a handheld scanner to meet customer demand and maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Recording of goods inwards in line with company policies and procedures to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Accepting delivery of goods and ensuring that goods are checked off in an accurate and timely manner to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Assisting with warehouse duties as required to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Allocating goods to the correct area of the service yard and notifying departments of their arrival to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Inspecting products for damages and reporting any necessary to prevent stock losses.
  • Maintaining the stores in a clean and tidy condition, adhering to high standards of housekeeping and organization.

**Essential Criteria:**

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  • Previous experience in goods in and inventory management to understand the importance of accurate stock levels.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of productivity.
