The Product DivisionThe Product division is uniquely positioned within the organisation to drive change. Sitting between Investment, Distribution, and Infrastructure, Product is well placed to independently evaluate the market and identify key trends, while understanding the perspective different parts of the business in order to formulate the right strategy.
The ProgrammeThis Programme will provide you with a unique introduction into the investment management industry and how Product operates within it. You'll be given introductory training and opportunities to network with people across the business.
What You'll Be Doing- Working on live projects and shadowing senior executives
- Rotating through different teams, including Product Development, Product Strategy, and Product Governance
- Developing your skills and knowledge in investment management and product development
- A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Creative and able to think outside the box
- Happy to get involved in a variety of tasks and projects
- Interested in the markets, investment management, and global trends
- Flexible and open-minded
- A competitive salary of £37,000 (pro rata) across the 10-week programme
