We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Apprentice to join our growing team.

This role will provide the opportunity to contribute to the sales cycle and gain a real understanding of the backend operations of a business.

• Support the commercial team in preparing quotations and managing the order processing lifecycle.
• Answer operational and sales queries via phone or work with the relevant team to fulfill such requests.
• Assist in carrying out the renewal process for annual products purchased by our customers.
• Prospect for customers, including cold outreach and assisting with marketing efforts.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Maths Grade 9-4 and English Grade 9-4 (or equivalent).
• Have own transport and happy to occasionally travel for work.

You will be enrolled onto a Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship and provided opportunities for technical and sales training.
