Maths Lecturer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maths Lecturer to join our team at Reed Further Education. As a Maths Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to learners of all ages and backgrounds in the North East region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver GCSE level or functional Maths lessons to students
  • Manage challenging behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Interact with 16–19-year-olds in education or apprentice settings
  • Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
Requirements:
  • Recognised teaching qualification or Higher Education degree in Mathematics
  • Experience in delivering Maths lessons to students
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
