Job Title: Locum Consultant in Gynaecology

NHS Scotland is committed to providing high-quality healthcare services, and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Locum Consultant in Gynaecology to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a consultant with expertise in benign gynaecology to provide surgical procedures to the level of TLH. The successful candidate will be a specialist in gynaecological surgery, OP hysteroscopy, GOPD, and will have a strong understanding of clinical administration and supporting professional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and management in gynaecology
  • Conduct surgical procedures to the level of TLH
  • Participate in clinical administration and supporting professional activities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Full GMC Registration
  • License to practise
  • Eligibility for inclusion in the GMC Specialist Register
  • Higher specialist training leading to CCT or within 6 months of confirmed entry
