Job Title: Multi Skilled Tutor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Tutor to join our team at Mantra Learning, the UK's leading Logistics learning and development organisation.

About the Role

As a Multi Skilled Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering various course qualifications, creating individual learning plans, and reviewing learner progress throughout their programmes. You will work within the Job Gym Department, inspiring a wide range of learner cohorts at our Middleton site and virtually using both online and offline learning resource materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to learners, adhering to awarding body standards and other compliance as set out by ESFA and Ofsted.
  • Provide learner support through face-to-face or virtual delivery, ensuring learners receive the guidance and support they need to succeed.
  • Create, set, and mark work-related tasks to help learners progress through their programmes.
  • Share sector-specific experience and knowledge with learners, promoting Safeguarding, Prevent, and British Values within your sessions.
  • Promote and ensure safe working practices and safeguarding of learners in line with current Health and Safety legislation and LCG Safeguarding and Prevent policies.
Requirements
  • ICT, English, and Math's qualifications at L2 or above.
  • Functional Skills Level 2 Minimum (Essential).
  • PTLLS / CTLLS (Desirable).
  • L5 Teaching Qualification (Desirable).
  • Information, Advice, and Guidance L3 or above (Desirable).
Essential Experience
  • Prior experience of at least two of the following subject areas: Mental Health & Wellbeing, CSCS, CSCS Pathway, Customer Service, Securing Employment, Warehouse, Cleaning, Express Logistics, First Aid, or any additional courses that meet your skills and experience.
