About Our Medical Negligence Team

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Medical Negligence team, who handle complex claims for individuals who have suffered harm due to substandard medical care. Our team provides expert support to clients who have been affected by medical negligence, including birth injuries, spinal injuries, and surgical errors.

Your Role

As a Paralegal in our Medical Negligence team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to our lawyers, including taking instructions from clients and assisting with the giving of legal advice.
  • Assisting with the preparation of court documents and other legal papers.
  • Conducting research and gathering evidence to support our clients' claims.
  • Supporting the team in achieving time recording and fee income targets.
  • Attending team meetings and contributing to the development of our cases.
