About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Libertatem Healthcare Group in a Support Worker role. In this position, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering personalized care and support to clients with complex health conditions, including assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, and monitoring health conditions.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients, while maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours, including Sundays 10am to 5pm, with occasional extra shifts.
