We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director for Democracy and Politics. This is a critical role that will play a key part in shaping our research agenda and influencing public policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, fundraise for, lead, and manage a significant programme of high-quality research on democracy and politics.
  • Represent the team at the highest levels of government, politics, business, academia, the voluntary sector, and the media.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships and influence public policy.
  • Combine intellectual flair, innovative thinking, and political knowledge with the ability to manage and oversee a wide-ranging agenda and a team of expert researchers.
Requirements
  • A track record of high-quality published research.
  • Excellent project, budget, corporate planning, and people management skills.
  • A strong understanding of democracy and politics, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
