We are seeking a skilled and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Bath. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest requests and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong culinary skills, with a focus on breakfast cuisine.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
