Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of health and safety activities, including training, audits, and incident reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in health and safety legislation and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a health and safety management role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety legislation, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
