Competitive Salary: £30,500 - £37,500 based on experience

As a vital member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch, individualized care to patients undergoing procedures. Your role will involve:
- Ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and Ramsay's policies to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

- Supporting both team collaboration and independent work as required.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Registration with the NMC/HCPC.
- Prior experience in a theatre setting, specifically within the field of Ophthalmology.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving demands of the healthcare environment.
- A strong dedication to providing exceptional patient-focused care.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
