Lead Client Relations Manager - Premier Events Venue

Location: East London (Central location)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus attractive commission

We are on the lookout for a proactive and seasoned Lead Client Relations Manager for a distinguished large-scale events venue in East London. This venue is renowned for hosting significant corporate gatherings such as conferences, award ceremonies, gala dinners, and seasonal celebrations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales negotiations, securing new business, and managing teams.

We prefer candidates with experience in large-scale blank canvas venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Oversee high-value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Client Engagement: Partner with corporate clients and prominent brands to facilitate their events, ensuring their specific requirements are fulfilled.
  • Sales & Strategy Development: Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at attracting and retaining clients, with a focus on maximizing revenue.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee the successful execution of events.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in event sales for large-scale events, ideally from a venue that predominantly offers dry-hire spaces.
  • Skills: Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of managing high-profile accounts.
  • Industry Insight: Knowledge of the corporate event sector and an understanding of client needs for large-scale events.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to thrive in a friendly and cooperative team environment.
