Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join our Theatre team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our surgeons and anaesthetists during complex orthopaedic procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality scrubbing services for orthopaedic surgeries, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain a clean and safe operating environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols and guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in orthopaedic scrubbing.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Proven experience in surgical scrubbing, with a strong background in orthopaedics.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and respond to changing priorities.
