About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an outstanding 1-2-1 service to customers, engaging with them from initial enquiry through to delivery of the product. They will design kitchens and bathrooms for customers, bringing a vision to life in a face-to-face capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and advice on the latest products and designs
- Offer a consultative service to customers
- Provide any technical information as required
- Visit customers in their home for consultations and measurements
- Achieve sales and service targets
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a background in a consultative retail environment, such as sales showrooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture, retail sales, automotive or jewellery. They will be naturally inquisitive and look for the opportunity to fully explore the needs of their customer.
