The Role

We are seeking a skilled Waiter to join our team at Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in our Nobu bar and Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality service to guests in a quick and efficient manner
  • Be comfortable multitasking, prioritizing, and remaining calm under pressure
  • Have a good working knowledge of all food and beverage products
  • Greet guests, take orders, serve, and take payment in line with Nobu philosophy and standards
  • Read tables and understand guest needs and dislikes
About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous restaurant experience who can engage and connect with a wide range of guests. You should have great communication skills, a sense of humor, and a welcoming smile. An understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service is essential.
