We are seeking a qualified Childcare Solicitor to join our team in Gateshead. The ideal candidate will have experience in public childcare work and be able to provide expert legal advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Handling a caseload of public childcare matters, including care proceedings, adoption, special guardianship orders, and childcare protection issues.
- Providing empathetic and expert legal advice to clients throughout the life of their case.
- Analysing, drafting, and submitting court applications, witness statements, and legal documentation.
- Providing expert legal client care.
- Qualified Childcare Solicitor with upwards of 2 years' experience gained in public childcare work.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
