About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to join our team at Integral UK. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and maintenance to our industrial refrigeration customers across the North of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively deliver engineering tasks, including maintenance and service visits to food factories, RDCs, and warehouses on various equipment, including reciprocating, scroll, and screw compressor packs.
  • Carry out service and reactive breakdown cover in normal working hours, with the option to participate in a standby rota for out-of-hours work.
  • Observe internal and client support functions to meet the requirements and objectives of our customers and our business.
  • Ensure that engineering tasks are supported with commercial awareness and business system compliance at all times.
  • Responsible for the quality of each individual engineering task, ensuring all practices are followed at all times.
  • Conform to industry best practices and legislative guidelines.
Requirements
  • Proven knowledge of the industrial refrigeration engineering services sector and the expectations of industrial refrigeration customers.
  • Demonstrate technical competencies and certificates relevant to the skills required, such as 2079 Refrigerant Handling and ACRIB.
  • Successfully completed a recognized training course or apprenticeship in industrial refrigeration.
  • Good base knowledge of maintenance and service duties on medium to large industrial applications.
  • Experience with large central plant technical diagnosis and fault-finding skills for various installations, including refrigeration compressors from Grasso, Sabroe, J&E Hall, GEA, and Mycom.
