Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize case files with attention to detail and precision.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court rules.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing empathetic and clear guidance on their cases.
- Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and client meetings, ensuring all necessary documents and information are readily available.
- Conduct research to support case progression, staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with court rules and legal procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Personal Injury litigation, with a strong understanding of legal procedures and court rules.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional IT proficiency, with familiarity in legal software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
