Senior Engineer - Integration & Validation (dSpace)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team at EES Solutions. As a Senior Engineer - Integration & Validation (dSpace), you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our client's motorcycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and develop dSPACE rigs hardware configuration for bench testing.
  • Create test plans for control systems for our new Electric Platform.
  • Create, review, and modify test specifications and test cases for motorcycle electrical systems and components.
  • Align activity with the Control Software release plans.
  • Maintain the HIL rig layout and user interface for other users and software developers.
  • Execute manual tests and convert them to automated tests.
  • Create test automation using dSPACE tool chain.
  • Collect and analyze test results and generate periodic test reports.
  • Work within the Project Team following Agile methodology.
  • Continuously improve design procedures, best practices, efficiency improvements, and test structures.
  • Comply with standards and best practices to meet functional safety requirements and ISO26262.
  • Define guidelines and create test methodology and best practices.
  • Document and track issues found during testing.
Requirements:
  • Detailed knowledge of the dSPACE toolset for HIL rig real-time testing in closed loop.
  • HIL rig hardware configuration and integration of electrical components.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (SVN or Gitlab).
  • Proficiency in Systems test and validation.
  • Manual/Automated Test case generation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in vehicle communication systems (CAN, LIN) design and debugging.
