About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Senior Occupational Therapist. This is a clinical leadership role that requires a high level of expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced occupational therapy assessments and interventions to patients with complex physical and mental health conditions.
  • Lead and manage a team of occupational therapists to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve clinical outcomes.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care and achieve shared goals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • HCPC registration and membership of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists.
  • Experience of working in a clinical leadership role and managing a team of occupational therapists.
  • Advanced knowledge of occupational therapy theory and practice, including assessment and intervention techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
