We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Senior Occupational Therapist. This is a clinical leadership role that requires a high level of expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced occupational therapy assessments and interventions to patients with complex physical and mental health conditions.
- Lead and manage a team of occupational therapists to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care and achieve shared goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Postgraduate degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- HCPC registration and membership of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists.
- Experience of working in a clinical leadership role and managing a team of occupational therapists.
- Advanced knowledge of occupational therapy theory and practice, including assessment and intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
