Job Summary

Enterprise Control Systems Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Assembly Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling our advanced security solutions, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and adhere to our production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and test electronic components and sub-assemblies, following detailed technical instructions and guidelines.
  • Perform precision soldering and assembly operations, using a variety of techniques and tools.
  • Conduct quality control checks and inspections to ensure products meet our quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions from prototype to production.
  • Identify and report any issues or defects during manufacturing, and suggest improvements to our assembly processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of new assembly processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in electronics assembly and soldering, particularly with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) components.
  • Proficiency in working to IPC-A-610 and IPC-WHMA-A-620 standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address issues in the assembly process.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
