About the Role

M·A·C is the world's leading professional makeup authority, and we're looking for a talented Retail Artist to join our team. As a Retail Artist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience, and showcasing our products to customers, colleagues, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of visual merchandising
  • Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement
