Drive Data-Driven Success

As a key member of our team, you will bridge the gap between research and development data and business insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs, analyze data, and recommend actionable solutions to drive operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with R&D teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with R&D and IT to ensure business needs are met through efficient data processes, models, and systems.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that provide clear, concise insights to non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing automation tools and platforms to streamline business operations within R&D.
  • Work with R&D to ensure data solutions align with broader organizational strategies and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into data-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in writing user stories and facilitating user feedback loops.
  • A good understanding of data analysis techniques and tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A passion for making better use of data.

Requirements

  • A BS degree in a relevant field such as Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
