Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and deliver stimulating lessons tailored for Key Stage 1 learners.
  • Evaluate and document student development, offering constructive feedback to students, parents, and fellow educators.
  • Create and execute personalized learning strategies to cater to individual student requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to improve the overall educational experience.
  • Ensure a secure and welcoming classroom atmosphere.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in teaching the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
  • Familiarity with contemporary educational practices and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Educational Background:

A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline is required.

Experience Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary educational environment.

Skills and Knowledge:
  • Comprehensive understanding of child development and educational theories.
  • Capability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse student needs.
  • Strong skills in classroom management.
  • Competence in utilizing technology to enhance educational delivery.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Education.
  • Experience in supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Engagement in relevant professional development activities.
Work Environment:

This role requires full-time commitment on a temporary basis within a primary educational setting. The candidate should be prepared to adjust to various classroom dynamics and student requirements.
